Don't let it build

There are so many reasons.

There are so many reasons. It can build up inside of you like trash slowly filling an empty garbage can. You have so much space at the start, then the overflow you push back down. But before you know it, you're living in squalor. And then one day, in one way or another, you'll be free, And the not knowing how or who to ask for help The fear, shame, and embarrassment you felt will feel so small, because in the moment, you found a way to soothe— but you never addressed everything that you pushed deep down within you.
